PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen detergent which avoids the defects of conventional kitchen detergents and does not adversely affect the human body and the environment and, simultaneously, is low-cost, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The kitchen detergent can be obtained by mixing/agitating fine particles obtained by dipping a natural stone in the form of a lump particle having a diameter of about 10 mm in hot water, drying, and then pulverizing it by a pulverizer to a size of 100 meshes and the rice bran obtained by screening the residues when unpolished rice is subjected to rice cleaning by 90-100%.
