PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel resin composition suitable for use in the manufacture of moldings by injection, extrusion, or the like, excellent in mechanical and heat resistant properties. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains an olefinic polymer and a novel cross-copolymerized olefin/aromatic vinyl compound/diene copolymer having a specified composition and constitution.
