PURPOSE: To provide an electric connector easy in setting characteristic impedance of plural transmission ways to be equal to each other, and a transmission way. CONSTITUTION: An outer shielding plate 25 is disposed around signal conductors Sa, Sb, Sc, and Sd to totally surround them. Between the signal conductor Sa and the signal conductor Sb, and between the signal conductor c and the signal conductor d, a shielding plate 26 is disposed. Between the signal conductor Sb and the signal conductor Sc, and between the signal conductor d and the signal conductor a, a shielding plate 35 is disposed. Each signal conductor is thus separately surrounded by the outer shielding plate 25, the shielding plate 26, and the shielding plate 35. In addition, the outer shielding plate 25, the shielding plate 26, and the shielding plate 35 are set at the same potential.
