PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creel structure in a one-sided ring spinning frame which can easily move a sliver to a drafting part when the sliver is broken and a can is exchanged. SOLUTION: Cans 14 capable of storing two rows of slivers are placed behind a machine body in two rows of back and forth. When slivers S taken out from the cans 14 are hanged on a sliver guiding means 30, a front-sided guide 30A, which is on the remote side from the worker, is moved to a sliver hanging position X2 which is on the back side of the ordinary position and on a lower place, the sliver is hanged in this state, and subsequently the guide 30A is returned to the ordinary position. Thus, even a short person can hang the slivers S drawn out from the cans 14 easily on the front-sided guide 30A, and the workability is improved.
