PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating supporting device of which each member is not separated and scattered into pieces due to the vibration during the transportation by integrally forming upper/lower rubber members, and at the same time, is hardly removable, and the assembling work and the maintenance are simple. SOLUTION: A coil spring 13 is interposed between an upper side member 12 and a lower side member 11, and at the same time, a thin walled cylindrical rubber connecting member 14, which connects the upper side member and the lower side member, is integrally provided in a state that covers the coil spring. Also, four slits 15, which tolerate the diameter expansion of each rubber member, are formed so as to facilitate storage of the coil spring to the lower side member.
