PURPOSE: An apparatus for reproducing a stereo sound in a cellular phone is provided to reproduce the stereo sound to a user by installing right and left speakers in the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) receiving unit(100) receives melody data from an external Internet network and outputs the received melody data. A memory(200) stores the melody data. A volume adjustment button(300) outputs a volume adjustment signal according to the selection of a user. If the melody data are inputted from the RF receiving unit(100), an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(400) outputs the input melody data. If the user is called, the MSM(400) reads the melody data stored in the memory and outputs the read melody data. If the volume adjustment signal is inputted from the volume adjustment button(300), the MSM(400) outputs a volume adjustment control signal corresponding to the input volume adjustment signal. If the volume adjustment control signal is received from the MSM(400), a melody processing unit(500) sets a volume as a volume level corresponding to the received volume adjustment control signal. If the melody data are received from the MSM(400), the melody processing unit(500) divides the received melody data into right melody and left melody data, and outputs the right melody and the left melody data according to the set melody level. If the right melody data are received from the melody processing unit(500), a right speaker(600) outputs the received right melody data to the user. If the left melody data are received from the melody processing unit(500), the left speaker(700) outputs the left melody data to the user.
