PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt pavement mixture reducing thermal energy, its manufacturing method, a special additive used for it, and an asphalt paving method. SOLUTION: The special additive consisting of petroleum/synthetic wax is added and mixed in the mixture principally consisting of aggregate and asphalt.
