PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing an inorganic solid uniformly dispersed in a synthetic resin, keeping the transparency of the resin and having excellent appearance such as surface smoothness and gloss. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin polymer or copolymer containing at least one kind of olefin unit selected from ethylene unit and propylene unit as the polymer unit in an amount of >=50 mol%, (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a polyether having a polymer unit of formula (I) (R is a 1-30C univalent hydrocarbon group; and p is >=10) and (C) 20-200 pts.wt. of an inorganic solid and further satisfies formula (II); 0<=D<=30 (II) [D is [total light transmittance (haze value) (%) of the resin composition composed exclusively of the component A] - [total light transmittance (haze value) (%) of the resin composition composed of the components A, B and C]].
