PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium conveying belt having a high ink cleaning function and an electrostatic attracting force. SOLUTION: In a resin laminating body, an electrode pattern having conductivity is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a pipe-like material molded of polymeric material, and one or more electrode protective layers are formed on the outer peripheral surface. In the medium conveying belt, a drop angle of water is 45 deg. or less on the outermost peripheral layer surface of the electrode protective layers.
