PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling injection time are provided not to generate injection time retard in area other than the area where exhaust gas is generated mostly. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling fuel injection time comprises a centrifugal weight(10), a sliding sleeve(20) changing its position to left and right by the rotation speed of the centrifugal weight. The sleeve is formed with ports in a predetermined position. One side of a speed regulator shaft(30) is inserted to the inside of the sliding sleeve to form port, and a lengthwise passage is formed in the other side. An actuator positioned on the speed regulator shaft operating on/off by the control signal is provided additionally.
