PURPOSE: An air conditioner installed on roof of vehicle is provided to reduce volume thereof and to dwindle air resistance. CONSTITUTION: A compressor is connected to an engine of a vehicle. A condenser unit(3) is installed integrally to one side of a radiator(2) of the vehicle. An evaporator unit(4) is connected with the condenser unit and installed on a roof(1) of a vehicle. A fan(5) for heat radiation of the radiator radiates heat of the condenser unit. The condenser unit has an engine radiating radiator passage in a main body of one of the radiator and a condenser passage is placed on one side of the engine radiating radiator passage to be placed in the main body of the radiator so that the radiator and the condenser unit are integrally formed and the fan is installed on one side thereof.
