PURPOSE: A Doppler signal generator for testing a coherent radar signal processor is provided, which generates a Doppler signal and an environmental variable with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: The first target part(110) generates the first Doppler frequency of the first target according to the first conversion clock inputted from the coherent radar signal processor. The second target part(130) generates the second Doppler frequency of the second target according to the second conversion clock inputted from the coherent radar signal processor. A time delay part(150) delays an output time of the first and the second target part by generating a time delay coinciding with a distance by receiving a transmission pulse being inputted from the coherent radar signal processor. A clutter generation part(160) generates a random clutter signal by receiving the transmission pulse from the coherent radar signal generator. A noise generation part(170) generates a random thermal noise. And an addition part(180) outputs I, Q video signal by adding signals inputted from the first and the second target part and the clutter generation part and the noise generation part.
