PURPOSE: Provided are a method and a device for the germination of unpolished rice, which remove chemicals and a heavy metal, dioxine, bacteria remaining in the germinated unpolished rice, uses ozone to provide oxygen rich water and air, and removes unpleasant smell. CONSTITUTION: The device for the germination of unpolished rice characteristically comprises the parts of: a sterilizing unit consisting of a water container, a wire netting container, an ozone generator, an ozone providing unit and a stirring unit; a sterilizing unit consisting of a water container, a wire netting container, an ozone providing unit, and an ozone generator; and an air chamber consisting of a wire netting container with temperature sensors, an air line, a ventilator, a duct, a circulation fan and a controller. |
