PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional heavy hanging hook, which is mostly used in a simply screwed state like an eyebolt, wherein use of them especially in two or more positions poses irregular directionality of ring parts and sometimes limits work because of possible danger and the like. SOLUTION: A rotary hook A 4 and a rotary hook B 5 are integrated in advance with a cylindrical rotary ring 3 with two concentric shafts in a symmetric relation, and the assembly is fitted on a body fitting 1 and mounted on a mounting surface of a target heavy weight by means of a taper bolt 2 screwed therein. In the state, the rotary ring 3 is rotatable through 360 deg. in a parallel relation to the mounting surface, and the rotary hook A 4 and the rotary hook B 5 integrated by welding are turnable through 200 deg. or more on the concentric shafts of the rotary ring 3.
