PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand lifting tool conveniently usable when held material in an 18 litters can having the opened upper lid is adequately taken to the other vessel or the can is moved as it is. SOLUTION: An inward supporting member and an outward supporting member of the 18 litters can are disposed at respective ends of a bar member having a length bridging between diagonal points of the can, the inward supporting member can move toward the outward supporting member so as to narrow the distance between the supporting members, and the opened diagonal points of the can can be grappled and lifted between the inward supporting member and the outward supporting member. In this case, the inward supporting member is formed in an eccentric cam body, a lever is mounted to the eccentric shaft of the eccentric cam body, and the inward supporting member is operated from the upper part of the bar member.
