PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a design for a control circuit of a flat screen, and to reduce the size of the flat screen. SOLUTION: For the thermoelectron emitting flat screen (1) comprising a first board (2) on which, an electron emitting cathode (4) and an electron draw- out grid (8) are arranged, a second board (12) facing the first board (2), on which, an anode (14) designed so as to collect electron emitted from the cathode (4), is arranged, and an electron control circuit (19) of the anode (14) having at least either one switching elements (18, 19), the switching elements (18, 19) are integrated through the design of the first board (2) and the second board (12) of the screen (1).
