PURPOSE: A reflection type liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the distribution of incident light angle by disposing a holographic film on a polarization plate for reducing the change of wavelength of reflected light while diffusing the reflected light, thereby reducing the chromaticity while increasing the uniformity of the luminance distribution with respect to the viewing angle. CONSTITUTION: A reflection type liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate(110), a light absorption layer(120) on the first substrate, cholesteric liquid crystal color filters(140) positioned on the light absorption layer, first electrodes on the color filters, a second substrate(210) apart from the first substrate, second electrodes formed on the lower part of the second substrate, a quarter wave plate(410) disposed on the second substrate, a polarization plate(420) disposed on the quarter wave plate, a holographic film(500) on the polarization plate for reducing the incident light angle with respect to the polarization plate, and a liquid crystal layer(300) injected between the substrates.
