The stone laid structure and the elastomeric mixture that fills the gaps of the grate of the beams of the elastic foundation, prepares the ground and the overall elastic foundation system dampens considerably the components in both (horizontal and vertical) directions of the seismic quake that is introduced to the foundation of buildings. |
