PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide support device having good appearance and making it possible to easily adjust a member to be mounted. SOLUTION: A sliding door body is movably supported by a guide rail. A case body 11 is mounted at the upper end of the sliding door body. A guide 23 engaging the guide rail causes an adjusting body 21 deviating from the center of rotation to be rotatably mounted on the case body 11. A screwdriver is engaged in an engagement recess part 41 located on the peripheral face of the adjusting body 21. The adjusting body 21 is rotated against stepped locking achieved by the knurl 15 of the case body 11 and the engagement projecting part of a rotating member 31. The fitting position of the sliding door body relative to the guide rail can be adjusted. The fitting position of the sliding door body relative to the guide rail is easier to adjust than if the adjusting body is rotated using a hexagonal spanner. The adjusting body 21 can be easily stored in the guide rail. The adjusting body 21 can be hidden from the outside for enhancement of the appearance of the device.
