PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening/closing device available at reduced costs by making the number of part items much smaller than those for conventional devices. SOLUTION: The device includes a lid that can be opened and closed relative to a body, and a spring member for biasing the lid in opening direction. A lock means for locking the lid closed is provided integrally with the spring member. The lock means engages an engagement member provided on the lid, thereby locking the lid. When locked in a closed position the lid is pressed toward the body to disengage the lock means from the engagement member.
