LADDER CIRCUIT DIAGRAM DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR ELEVATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a ladder circuit diagram display system for an elevator easily inquiring the cause of a trouble in an early stage by automatically displaying the ladder circuit diagram in occurrence of the trouble of the elevator. CONSTITUTION: This ladder circuit diagram display system is provided with a maintenance computer 2 reading trace data comprising a ladder circuit diagram from an elevator control panel and inquiring the cause of the trouble. The computer 2 displays an automatic drive inhibiting factor signal check list 2c describing the present states of coils based on the trace data, draws the ladder circuit diagram of the coil names along with the states of contacts based on the choice of the coil names on a screen displayed using a circuit diagram file 2d describing a drawing method for the ladder circuit diagram and a contact count table file 2f describing the relation between the coils and the contacts, and if the contact to be the cause of the trouble from the drawn ladder circuit diagram is not the real cause of the trouble, develops the screen and draws and controls the ladder circuit diagram forming the contacts along with the states of the contacts.
