PURPOSE: A washing device of a low-frequency vibration washing machine is provided to improve the washing efficiency of the laundry by changing the speed distribution of water current in a washing tank into turbulent flow by installing a pulsator having vent holes in the middle of an inner peripheral surface of the washing tank and an upside of an oscillator, and to increase energy efficiency by minimizing energy for washing by controlling the movement of the laundry and the direction of water current and by maximizing the relative velocity of the laundry and liquid detergent. CONSTITUTION: A washing device of a low-frequency vibration washing machine is composed of a pulsator(4) formed with vent holes(3) generating water current to a washing tank(1) and an oscillator(2) in one direction to increase washing efficiency by changing the speed distribution of water current into turbulent flow.
