PURPOSE: A lifting apparatus controlled by electromagnetic power is provided to make external condition of an object according to the location of a sensor be free by sensing the object in the same direction and location from the electromagnet taking advantage of a hole element and to make it possible for the object to be lifted stably by preventing the object from being out of operation structurally because of the external environment. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnet(10) is located at the upper part of an object(30) which has a permanent magnet(32a,32b) to make the object(30) keep lifted stably by means of a handle support(18) in opposition to gravity without any physical contact. A hole sensors(12a,12b) are installed in the lower part of the electromagnet(10) to sense the location of the object(30) to be lifted and generates a designated signal. A controller(22) installed in a support(20) which is located in the lower part of the object by means of the handled support(18) receives the change of the location of the object(30) to be lifted and controls power of the electromagnet(10) through the control of feedback.
