METHOD FOR HIGHLY FILLING KNEADING OF FILLER IN SILICONE RUBBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly filling kneading of a filler in a silicone rubber without causing mass consumption of energy, reducing degree of freedom of compounding design or necessitating a new plant and equipment investment. SOLUTION: This method carries out kneading of the silicone rubber in the coexistence of a cationic antistatic agent or deionized water when the filler manifests a negative triboelectric potential.
