CLEANSER COMPOSITION FOR HAIR AND SCALP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleanser composition for the hair and scalp having high cleansing powder for both the hair and scalp stains and excellent in dry touch of the hair after applied, and also capable of improving its cleansing power for scalp stains by combined use of a brush. SOLUTION: This cleanser composition for the hair and scalp comprises (A) 0.1-29 wt.% of a 1-3C lower monohydric alcohol, (B) 0.1-20 wt.% of a nonelectrolyte-based surfactant with an HLB number of 5-20 and water. A method for using this composition involves combined use of a specific brush in brushing the hair using this composition.
