PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel segment capable of avoiding a rise in manufacturing costs when a refractory panel is provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of segment bodies, and capable of enhancing workability for mounting, while avoiding formation of a gap between each segment body and the refractory panel. SOLUTION: The tunnel segment comprises a number of box-shaped metallic segment bodies aligned and interconnected along the circumferential and axial directions of a tunnel to form the interior wall of the tunnel while supporting a skin plate 2 against a plurality of main girders and a plurality of joint panels 4, and the refractory panel 6 provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of the segment bodies. The plurality of main girders and the plurality of joint panels 4 are joined together on the outside of the skin plate 2 and the refractory panel 6 is integrated with the inner surface of the skin plate 2 by casting.
