The inventive implant is embodied in the form of a Microporous multilayer structure formed by layering a great number of microporous oriented poly-tetra-fluor-ethylene (PTFE) films which differ from each other by fibril orientation of each layer of the PTFE film in relation to the adjacent layer. The PTFE films are embodied in the form of biaxially oriented films, the fibril orientation of each layer of the PTFE film being disposed in a perpendicular direction with respect to the fibril orientation of each adjacent layer. Said implant is produced by layering 2-96 layers of the biaxially oriented films and can comprise at least one nonporous layer made of tetra-fluor-ethylene copolymer with hexa-fluor-propylene or of fluoride rubber or a chipped PTFE film.
