PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamic pressure bearing structure which interposes safely and securely interpose a lubricant in a gap between the fixed side and the rotation side in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A lubricant is interposed in the sliding part between the fixed side and the rotation side in a hermetically filled state and a shaft member 1 composed of the rotation side shaft 10 and flange 31 is internally inserted in the support member 20 of the fixed side to integrally form them. On the other hand, a plurality of oil induction grooves 36 are formed at the bearing surface side of the flange and the basal end is positioned in the boundary between the bearing and the bearing surface to constitute the dynamic pressure bearing structure. Hence, when the oil induction grooves are formed on the bearing surface of the flange, it becomes possible to form the oil induction grooves concurrently with the formation of the flange, accordingly, the manufacturing cost is inexpensive. And there is no fear of leakage of the lubricant from gaps during rotation and seizure is eliminated in high speed rotation. Further, the shaft member can be arbitrarily selected, if necessary, to use a hollow shaft shape or solid shaft shape and hence, it is excellent in usability. Moreover, the lubricant can be stably supplied into a dogleg-shaped guide groove.
