PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal stand 4 which can be easily mounted to equipment, prevented from short-circuit between adjacent terminals caused by fall off of metal piece which happens at the outside of equipment 1, and preventing itself or the members like a printed circuit board 7 connected to the terminal stand 4 from damage caused by an excessive load or an impulsive load added to the terminal stand 4 when transporting the equipment. SOLUTION: A terminal stand 4 is mounted to equipment 1 so as to locate at the inside of a terminal stand mounting surface 3. The terminal stand 4 is enabled to mount and dismount a wiring member 8 by inserting a screw driver 12 through a terminal stand mounting hole 2a, and by operating a connection member (a screw) 10, instead that the terminal stand 4 is mounted to equipment 1 so as to locate at the inside of a terminal stand mounting surface 3 of a case 2, by bending a terminal fitting 5 so as to form an oblique angle between the part to which, a body 6 is fixed and the part to which, the body 6 is not fixed.
