FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flow-type chamber for taking blood sample with the first optical channel set in perpendicular to chamber surface. The device also has coherent light source, the first photodetector, the first unit for calculating blood parameters, unit for measuring mean intensity, high frequency filter and unit for measuring mean square deviation. Unit for modulating luminous flow intensity of coherent light source, non-coherent light source, the second optical channel set in parallel to the first optical channel, the second photodetector and the second calculation unit are added to the device design.
