PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dew formation on the surface of a gasket being in contact with the air and also to prolong the life of the gasket. SOLUTION: The gasket 30 has a base 31, a holder 32 formed nearer to the heat-insulating box body side than the base 31, and a magnet 33 held in the holder 32. The gasket is fitted to a heat-insulating door by engaging a fitting engagement part 31a provided in the base 31 with a gasket fitting recess of a door pack. Inside the outer wall 32d of the holder 32, a projection 32d1 projecting toward the inner wall 32c is provided. The projection 32d1 retains the magnet 33 in separation from the outer wall 32d, while it forms spaces M1 and M2 between the magnet 33 and the outer wall 32d.
