PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is equipped with a filter unit that is suitable for mass production and easily adjustable. SOLUTION: An electronic device is structured so as to form a filter unit by electrically connecting and/or capacitively coupling the first conductor surface of a conductor structure to a first external potential and the second conductor surface of the conductor structure to a second external potential, where the first conductor surface and the second conductor surface of the conductor structure are arranged adjacent to each other so as to confront each other.
