FIELD: anticorrosion protection of metals in sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, etching of metals in mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: raised degree of protection of steel, titanium, nickel and cobalt against corrosion and increased degree of protection of steel against hydrogen absorption are achieved by utilization of mix of following products in the capacity of inhibitor taken in concentrations, per cent by mass: 5-nitro-2-furfural-2-amino-4-iodophenol 25.0-33.3; ( (beta'-tiacyonateethyl)-beta-butoxyethyl alcohol ether 11.1-14.7; polyethylenepolyamine 55.5-60.3.
