SOLUTION: The fuel 6 is injected into a combustor 5 through a number of pilot burners 10 and premixing burners 11, the combustor 5 is operated by the pilot-operation at starting and in a lower load area, the operation of the combustor 5 is switched from the pilot-operation to the premixing operation at a specific time, here, the changeover is determined on the basis of a variable changeover temperature TSWO, and the changeover temperature TSWO is determined on the basis of the pulsation generated on the flanges of the combustor 5.
