PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply piping structure using no special joints and capable of effectively absorbing relative displacement between a base- isolated building and the ground caused by seismic motions, even if a wide space cannot be secured between the base-isolated building and the ground. SOLUTION: A portion of a flexible pipe 3 for supplying water is curved in the form of U, with the front end of the pipe fixed to the base-isolated building 2 isolated from seismic motions and the rear end of the pipe fixed to the ground 1. The front end of the flexible pipe 3 is fixed in a position above and away from the position where the rear end of the flexible pipe 3 is fixed, along a direction perpendicular to the direction of circulation of water flowing in the rear or front end of the flexible pipe 3.
