PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effects by operation of a rotation knob which is not required to be operated by misjudgment of a clerk in a device having a plurality of knobs. SOLUTION: Drive of the rotation knob at a normal state, namely, the one which is not required to be operated is cut off and only drive of a rotation knob of a transmission path on which an abnormality is generated is connected in the case of generation of the abnormality. In this case, connection or cutoff of the drive is defined as a toggle system and the cutoff or connection of the drive is maintained even when a power is off. In addition, the clerk is informed of a fact that an operation of the rotation knob is required by providing a display machine to the rotation knobs, turn off the display machine of the rotation knob at the normal state and lighting the display machine of the rotation knob of the transmission path on which the abnormality is generated in the case of generation of the abnormality.
