PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for measuring particle size distribution in which a sample containing particles having a large specific gravity can be measured accurately, measurable state of sample can be prepared readily in a short time without requiring a large scale apparatus, and measurement can be conducted using a small quantity of sample, and to provide a sampling method and a sampling sheet for use therein. SOLUTION: The equipment D for measuring particle size distribution comprises a cell 3 comprising a film body 1 having a light transmitting adhesive face part 1a for attaching a sample S and a holder 2 for holding the film body 1, a section 4 for irradiating the cell 3 with light, and means 5 for detecting secondary light being emitted from the sample S upon irradiation with light from the irradiating section 4 wherein a plurality of film bodies 1 are held by the holder 2 while being pasted.
