PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump with a simple structure advantageous for reduction in size, particularly, reduction in thickness. SOLUTION: This tube pump 1A comprises a body 2 having a mounting part 30 for mounting an elastic tube 100, a rotor 4 set rotatably to the body 2, a vibrating body 6 set in contact with the circumferential surface of the rotor 5, and two or more rollers 10 provided on the rotor 4 to press and squeeze the tube 100. The vibrating body 6 has a substantially rectangular sheet shape and is formed of a lamination of an electrode, a piezoelectric element and a reinforcing plate. When an AC voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element, the vibrating body 6 longitudinally vibrates (vertically vibrates) with a minute amplitude by the expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric element. The rotor 5 receives a frictional force (pressing force) from a protruding part 66 when the vibrating body 6 is extended, and the rotor 5 is thus rotated by this repeatedly applied frictional force (pressing force).
