PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small pump with high performance by improving the deterioration of flow characteristic by entrainment of bubbles to a pump chamber in a diaphragm type small pump. SOLUTION: A groove 51 is formed on the inner wall surface of the pump chamber 11 so as to connect an intake valve 9 for introducing a liquid into the pump chamber 11 to a deliver valve 10 for delivering the liquid in the pump chamber 11. The bubbles entrained to the pump chamber are hereby easily discharged, and the flow characteristic is recovered simultaneously with the discharge of bubbles. Accordingly, the high-performance small pump having high bubble resistance can be provided.
