PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure which is excellent in both appearance and crime prevention. SOLUTION: According to the installation structure for installing a member (7) and a cover body (10) on each other, the member (7) has a mounting side (7a) to be mounted on a skeleton (6) and a manner extending side (7b) overhanging from the mounting side. The mounting side (7a) is fixed to the skeleton (6) via a screw (9), and one end (8c) of the mounting side (7a) of the member (7) is mutually engageable with one end (10d) of the cover body (10). Therefore, the cover body (10) is engaged with the member (7) in a manner covering the screw (9), and the other end of the cover body (10) and the extending side (7b) are fixed to each other by means of a screw (11), from inside a building.
