PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter outlet tool easily mountable from under a gutter without being disturbed by a refuse catch. SOLUTION: This gutter outlet tool comprises an inner cylinder member 2 having an inner flange part 1 and an outer cylinder member 4 having an outer flange part 3, and it is mounted by screwing the outer cylinder member 4 to the circumference of the inner cylinder member 2, thereby nipping the port edge part of an outlet opening 7 formed in the bottom 6 of the gutter 5 by the inner flange part 1 and the outer flange part 3. A slit 8 is formed in the upper part of the inner cylinder member 2 so that the upper part is contractible and expansible, a support cylinder part 9 is raised from the lower end of the outer cylinder member 4 along the inside, and the refuse catching part 10 is formed on the upper end thereof.
