PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover dropout-preventive structure in which a cover placed on the upper section of a low tank body in which flush water supplied to a closet bowl is stored or a urinal body is removed easily while an apparatus such as a valve mechanism housed in the low tank body or the urinal body can also be inspected or maintained even when the cover is not removed completely. SOLUTION: In the cover dropout-preventive structure in which the cover placed on the upper section of the low tank body or the urinal body is connected to the low tank body or the urinal body by connecting members, the connecting members movably connect the cover within a range that the cover does not fall by its own weight of the cover to the low tank body or the urinal body.
