UNDERGROUND WATER TREATMENT METHOD IN RECONSTRUCTING EXISTING BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an existing building from being raised by underground water without increasing the construction period and cost for a reconstruction work. SOLUTION: An impermeable part 14 is constructed by filling chemicals 18 into the ground so as to surround the base underside of the existing building 10. The underground water is pumped up from the aquifer 16 of the ground surrounded by the impermeable part through a pumping well 20.
