PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled soil improvement machine and a soil improvement material supply device used therefor capable of supplying a proper amount of soil improvement material to earth and sand without enlarging a power source for driving a stirring means. SOLUTION: The self-propelled soil improvement machine improving received earth and sand by mixing with a soil improvement material includes a soil improvement material storage tank 15 shaped like an approximately cylinder box type and a stirring means 38 provided near to the bottom inside of the storage tank 15 and stirring the soil improvement material, and the stirring means 38 includes a rotary shaft 39 inserted into the approximately center of the bottom of the storage tank 15, a plurality of main stirring vanes 40 radially provided to the rotary shaft 39, an approximately ring-shaped holding member 41 connecting the front end sections of a plurality of main stirring vanes 40, a plurality of auxiliary stirring vanes 42 projected to the inside circumferential surface side of the holding member 41 and at least one raking member 43 provided to the main stirring vanes 40 or the auxiliary stirring vanes 42 in a detachable manner.
