PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal flushing device which announces the necessity for maintenance before a urinal becomes unusable and which prevents an overflow of sewage from the urinal. SOLUTION: This urinal flushing device is equipped with a flushing-water supply means for discharging flushing water into the urinal, a water-level detecting means for measuring a water level of stored water in a trap part provided in the urinal, and a flushing control means for outputting a driving signal to the flushing-water supply means. Characteristically, the urinal flushing device is provided with a feature extraction means for extracting feature data on the output of the water-level detecting means and a malfunction detecting means for detecting a malfunction by the output of the feature extraction means when the flushing water is discharged by the flushing-water supply means; and the flushing control means outputs the driving signal, which makes the flushing water discharged into the urinal, to the flushing-water supply means in order to detect the malfunction by the malfunction detecting means.
