THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MONOFILAMENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin monofilament having much smaller coefficient of variation in its line diameter in length direction as compared with those of conventional ones. SOLUTION: In extruding the molten thermoplastic resin from a spinning spindle, this monofilament having <=1% coefficient of variation in the line diameter is obtained by setting a condition of 8-20 MPa back pressure range of the spinning spindle and then taking up the filament under a condition of 1-10 draft ratio range.
