PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a leather-like sheet having higher appearance or a leather- like sheet to which waxy or oily surface finish is applied, in which the amount of a dye used in dyeing processing is reduced and the rear side has good color fastness to rubbing and which has leather-like sense of fulfillment. SOLUTION: In the leather-like sheet, the upper layer (A) of a substrate layer is composed of entangled nonwoven fabric of a polyamide-based ultrafine fiber having <=0.01 decitex denier and a polyurethane resin and the lower layer (B) is composed of an entangled nonwoven fabric comprising a fiber different from polyamide and a polyurethane resin, and fiber of the surface of the upper layer is raised and is dyed with a dye and fiber of the lower layer is not substantially dyed but the polyurethane resin alone is dyed.
