PURPOSE: Injection apparatus and method are provided to optimize positioning operation of an injector, and to perform accurately and safely injection of medicine solution at an aimed position within a very short time. CONSTITUTION: The injection apparatus comprises an injection needle(1) mounted to a medicine solution feeding mechanism, a support(3) for bearing a target object, and a moving body(4) for moving the injection needle and the support relative to each other so as to perform injection action to the target object. During the relative movement of the moving body, the support is slidable toward the injection needle. The support is implemented as a replaceable member.
