COMPOSITION FOR TREATING BURNS

PURPOSE: A composition for treating burns containing a Ca component as a main component is provided. Therefore, the composition removes the inflammation caused by burn without causing skin problems while simultaneously relieving pain and regenerating the skin. CONSTITUTION: The shell of crustaceans like abalone, oyster, etc. is heated at 1,000 to 1,450deg.C and ground to produce a Ca component having a particle size of 0.01 to 1.5mm. Thereafter, the Ca component is mixed with 0.39 to 0.49% by weight of SiO2, 0.001 to 0.007% by weight of Fe, 0.001 to 0.0063% by weight of Mn, 0.001 to 0.005% by weight of Cu, 0,001 to 0.009% by weight of Mo, 0.01 to 0.076% by weight of Sn, 0.002 to 0.005% by weight of Sb, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of K and 0.34 to 0.98% by weight of organic matter, based on the weight of the Ca component to produce a composition for treating burns.
