PURPOSE: A device for configuring a dedicated line by interworking of network operation management systems and an operation method therefor are provided to maintain interworking rules and business processes according to working details between network operation management systems managing a UNI(User Network Interface) and an NNI(Network-Network Interface), thereby quickly supplying a dedicated line configuration function. CONSTITUTION: A business management system(210) receives an application for a dedicated line from a communication service subscriber, and transmits data including facility points to a dedicated line management system(220). The dedicated line management system(220) inputs the data to designate telephone offices, transmits assigned works to the telephone offices, and transmits details to a DCS(Digital Cross-connect System) management system(230). The DCS management system(230) inputs PCM-DCS connection information located on front and back ends of a DCS network(260), and performs a DCS network connecting work by designating take-in and take-out points. The first and the second interworking server(212,221) transceive required data according to a determined data structure. The third interworking server(223) stores necessary working details and completed working details.
